How to Start a Return or Exchange
Start your return or exchange online at https://brayandemboutique.com/apps/redo/returns-portal/login. Enter your order number and email, choose the items you'd like to send back, and select store credit or an exchange. You'll receive a return label and instructions right away.
Local pickup orders may be returned in store within 7 days of purchase. Please note we are closed on Mondays.
Return Window
Returns must be started within 7 days of delivery (shipped orders) or 7 days from the date of purchase (local pickup orders). After 7 days, we are unable to offer store credit or exchanges.
Store Credit Only
All approved returns are issued as store credit. We do not offer refunds, except when the error is on our end (such as a damaged or incorrect item). If this happens, please start your return through the link above and upload a photo of the item.

Restocking Fee
To help sustain our small business, customers with seven (7) or more returns on file will be subject to a 15% restocking fee on future returns.
