An important part of our mission has always been to ensure the Wild Republic brand of toys and stuffed animals adhere to the strictest of toy safety standards not only for the US, but also for worldwide distribution.
Due to environmental concerns around the globe, we are taking the next step in our journey and have made the below initiatives.
80% recycled cardboard in our packaging
Usage of Soy Ink
The fill in the plush made of 100% recycled water bottles
Only 50% of the Plush Line contains beads
Whenever beads are being used we use regrind beads (made of recycled materials) and/or a 50/50 combination of regrind beads and other eco-friendly ingredients
We use a biodegradable alternative to plastic inner packs
Have transitioned the majority of our toys to eliminate single use plastic
Junior Size Start at 7 inches.
Return Policy
We hope you love your pieces 🤍 and we’re so sorry if something didn’t work out as expected.
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date your order is delivered (for shipped orders) or the date of purchase (for local pickup orders). Within this 7-day window, we offer store credit only.
🚫 We do not offer refunds at any time. All approved returns are issued as store credit only, regardless of the return window.
Refunds will only be issued if the error is on our end (such as receiving a damaged item or an incorrect item).
Shipping & Exchanges
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
Exchange shipping may be covered by us as a courtesy, depending on the situation
Courtesy shipping may be discontinued if it is abused
Restocking Fee Policy
To help sustain our small business, customers with seven (7) or more returns on file will be subject to a 15% restocking fee on future returns.
After the Return Window
If 7 days have passed—including pickup date—we unfortunately cannot offer store credit or exchanges.
