Our policy lasts 7 days once delivered via shipped orders, or date of purchase for local pickups. We also offer returns for shop credit within the 7-day window. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery date including pick up, unfortunately we can’t offer you shop credit or an exchange. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND WE ARE CLOSED ON MONDAY'S.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags must be on.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Jewelry, ALL accessories, intimate items, drinkware, and items that show obvious use.

-Anything marked FINAL SALE (including Preorders)

-Discounted items, sale items, coupon related items. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:

All Holiday apparel and accessories are always FINAL SALE, non-returnable.
